Terms of Service

Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the mysaas.blog platform, operated by Amorem SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in France, with its registered office at 50 Rue Saint André des Arts, 75006 Paris.

mysaas.blog is a platform for publishing public build logs intended for SaaS builders, indie hackers, and founders who want to document and share their progress in public.

Acceptance

Accessing and using mysaas.blog implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the platform.

Creating an account constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of registration. Minor users must obtain consent from their legal representative.

Access to the service

The platform is available free of charge. Reading the public feed and profiles is open to everyone without an account. Publishing content and managing a profile require an account.

Amorem SAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, particularly for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or compensation.

User account

Creation

Registration is done by magic link sent to your email address, or via Google/GitHub OAuth. You must provide a valid email address and keep your information up to date.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your login links confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. Please report any unauthorized access immediately to legal@mysaas.blog.

Uniqueness

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the posts, comments, and content you publish on mysaas.blog. By publishing, you grant Amorem SAS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to displaying and distributing your content on the platform.

Platform content

The design, mysaas.blog brand, code, and platform-specific elements are the exclusive property of Amorem SAS. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Public content

Any content published on a public profile or in the feed is freely readable. You are solely responsible for disclosing your professional or personal information in your posts.

User obligations

By using mysaas.blog, you agree not to:

Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights

Impersonate another person or entity

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or data

Use scripts, bots, or automated means to extract content

Distribute spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links

Publish content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Amorem SAS reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these obligations, without notice or compensation.

Liability

User content

Amorem SAS is not responsible for content published by users. Each user remains solely responsible for the information they make available on the platform.

Service availability

Amorem SAS makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Amorem SAS cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages related to the use of the platform.

External links

Links to third-party websites (including Calendly/Cal.com booking links and social profile links) are published under the responsibility of users. Amorem SAS exercises no control over that external content.

Termination

At your initiative

You may delete your account at any time from your personal area. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all of your data (profile, posts, comments) is erased with no possibility of recovery.

At the initiative of Amorem SAS

Amorem SAS may suspend or terminate an account in case of a breach of these Terms, without notice in case of serious misconduct. In other situations, a notification email will be sent.

Changes

Amorem SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. If we make a material change, you will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
