Price and duration

The expertise pass costs €10 including applicable taxes and unlocks the site's paid field reports for 30 days from payment confirmation. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. A new purchase made while a pass is active adds 30 days to its expiration date.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. mysaas.blog does not receive or store your complete card number. Access is activated after Stripe confirms payment and may be suspended following a refund, reversal, or payment dispute.

Digital content and withdrawal

Before purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right once performance begins, as provided by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory rights, including remedies for non-conforming content or billing errors. Contact legal@mysaas.blog for any request.

Distributable amount

During the launch phase, mysaas.blog allocates 100% of each pass’s net distributable amount to creators: the amount actually collected after taxes, Stripe fees, refunds, disputes, and other directly attributable payment costs. The platform fee is currently 0%; any future change will apply only to purchases made after it takes effect and after creators are notified.

Per-reader allocation

When each pass expires, its net amount is allocated among creators whose paid articles received a qualified read from that reader, in proportion to the number of distinct articles read. A qualified read requires a signed-in account, an active pass, at least 30 seconds of visible activity, and 35% article progress. The same article counts only once per pass, and self-reads are excluded. If there are no qualified reads, the amount is allocated to the creator of the paid article that led to the purchase, when identifiable.

Estimates and finalization

Amounts shown before a pass ends are estimates and may change. They become payable only after final calculation, anti-fraud checks, and approval by Avalonia. Refunds, disputes, errors, or artificial behavior may result in an adjustment, cancellation, or, if a transfer has already been made, reversal of the corresponding amount.

Payouts and creator obligations

Creators must complete Stripe’s required verification, maintain valid bank details, and meet their own tax, social-security, and accounting obligations. Payouts are batched and approved manually; an indicative €50 threshold applies and lower balances carry forward. Avalonia may hold a payout due to a legal obligation, fraud risk, incomplete Stripe account, or dispute.

Creation

Registration is done by magic link sent to your email address, or via Google/GitHub OAuth. You must provide a valid email address and keep your information up to date.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your login links confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. Please report any unauthorized access immediately to legal@mysaas.blog.

Uniqueness

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

User content

Avalonia is not responsible for content published by users. Each user remains solely responsible for the information they make available on the platform.

Service availability

Avalonia makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Avalonia cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages related to the use of the platform.

External links

Links to third-party websites (including Calendly/Cal.com booking links and social profile links) are published under the responsibility of users. Avalonia exercises no control over that external content.
